The Music Creator Freedom Accelerator Coaching Program

By purchasing The Music Creator Freedom Accelerator Coaching Program (the “Program”), you (“Customer”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Program Description
The Program is a 12-week coaching program designed to help independent music creators mix and master their tracks. The Program includes:

    •   Weekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions.
    •   Feedback on music tracks.
    •   Lifetime access to all current and future resources developed for the Program.
  •   As this is a beta program, some resources will be developed and rolled out progressively.

    2. Payment Terms 
    •   The total cost of the Program is €1500, payable in full at the time of purchase.
    •   All payments are processed securely through Kajabi’s payment system.
    •   By completing your purchase, you authorize Myhren Audio (Subphotic) to charge the payment method provided for the full amount.

    3. Refund Policy
    We offer a First Call Guarantee:
    •   If, after attending the first coaching call, you feel the Program is not the right fit for you, you may request a full refund by emailing [email protected] within 24 hours of the first call.
    •   No refunds will be issued after this period.

    4. Customer Responsibilities
    To get the most out of the Program, you agree to:
    •   Attend all scheduled coaching sessions.
    •   Actively participate in the Program and complete any assigned tasks or exercises.
    •   Refrain from sharing Program materials or resources with third parties.

    5. Intellectual Property
    All materials provided in the Program, including but not limited to videos, templates, and checklists, are the intellectual property of Myhren Audio (Subphotic). These materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

    6. No Guarantees of Results
    The Program is designed to provide tools, strategies, and guidance to help you improve your music production skills. However, success depends on your effort, commitment, and application of the material. No specific results are guaranteed.

    7. Confidentiality
    You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during the Program, including but not limited to coaching discussions, feedback, and other participants’ creative works.

    8. Limitation of Liability
    Myhren Audio (Subphotic) is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program. You agree to release Myhren Audio (Subphotic) from any claims or liabilities related to the Program.

    9. Governing Law
    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway.

    10. Acceptance of Terms
    By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
